The notion of balance is very important to me, the state of well-being and calm between body and mind fascinates me, my goal through well-being massage is to provide lasting serenity and a pleasant moment in which you take care of yourself.

My practice is based on my feelings by remaining attentive
of your body and your form of the moment throughout
the duration of the session.
Which leads me to also offer you in my treatments, a personalized and tailor-made massage,

a state of physical and mental relaxation, relieve their tensions,

What is the wellness massage?

The massage consists of using different manual techniques through movements such as pressure points, petrissage, friction, effleurage, vibrations... to manipulate and mobilize the muscles and other soft tissues of the body.

Anyone can benefit from a massage.

It is a very good way to release stress and tension, relieve certain injuries and promote general well-being.
